Equipment - CME 75 High Torque

Our high torque CME 75 produces 13,000 lb-ft of rotary torque and is mounted on a 2006 single axle truck. This unit has been designed to maintain a lighter weight and smaller dimensions for projects with access limitations or do not require the power and weight of one of our larger rigs. This rig is packed with features that include slide out rod rack that can store 300 feet of drilling rods, 500 gallon water tank, on board pressure washer and decon enclosure, 140 lb. automatic sampling hammer, hydraulic rod holder and breakout wrench, hydraulic rod chuck, open spindle system, high speed hoist for well development and wireline coring, swing out side and rear auger racks, grout pump, and quick disconnect drive spindle. Drilling capabilities include hollow stem auger, mud rotary, air rotary, rock coring, and CME continuous core soil sampling. The swing out auger racks and auger hoisting system is a safety feature that all of our auger rigs are now equipped with. This system has eliminated the hand lifting and positioning of augers and has made a significant reduction in the labor intensity and dangers associated with manual handling of augers.

This rig is frequently requested by many clients for its power and drilling capabilities typically only found on larger rigs.
